Lending Division

Dee Kinser joined Century Mortgage Company as its Vice President of Finance shortly after the Century Lending division was formed in 2003. She is responsible for the daily supervision and control of all accounting, cash flow, banking and other primary financial functions of the company. Dee also establishes and manages Century’s critical relationships with its investors and warehouse lenders, and has successfully negotiated and closed the credit agreements that have allowed Century to become a $1 billion mortgage banking institution.

In the Century Lending division, Dee also oversees the company’s extensive servicing portfolio and coordinates all post-closing compliance matters. Her extensive list of responsibilities includes the management of Century’s new business relationships; compliance with all financial auditing and reporting to investors and regulatory agencies; oversight of Century’s quality control department and related internal and external reporting; and supervision of all payroll and human resources activities. Dee’s contribution to Century’s growth, success and daily operation cannot be underestimated.

Dee brings to Century significant prior experience in management, accounting and contract matters for major companies such as the Chrysler Motor Corporation and Thoroughbred, Inc.

Dee obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in finance from the University of Louisville, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
