In order to assist the government in fighting the funding of terrorism and related
activities, and to prevent fraud, we may obtain, verify and record information that
identifies each person who applies for a mortgage loan through Century Mortgage Company.
We may ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
We may also inspect and/or copy your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
Social Security Number Privacy Act.
The Social Security Number Privacy Act of 2005 requires, among other things, that we
take effort to safeguard the privacy of any social security number that is known to us.
It is the policy of Century Mortgage Company to protect the privacy of your social security number,
and to not disclose your social security number to any third parties except as authorized by you
or as allowed by law.
